Well, I did it!! Thanks to a certain friend/coworker and a summer full of reading blogs, I finally gave in and created one myself!! All along, I just didn't know what I would exactly write about if I did have a blog, but now I have the perfect reason....Adam and I, along with a group of our wonderful friends, are going to be "flipping" a house! I'm sure you have seen the many shows on TLC, Discovery Channel, etc. that show people who purchase properties, fix them up, and then sell them. Well, thanks to Integra Properties - we have our first project!! We get possession on Wednesday. I think the range of emotions go from excited to nervous to anxious and many more I'm sure. We thought it would be neat to keep this blog to show everyone the progress in the next few weeks of our flip....stay tuned!!!
