SOLD!!!!!!

I always have enjoyed that John Michael Montgomery song called "Sold"..haha
It came to mind this morning when I was thinking about updating this silly blog finally because Sunny Lane is SOLD! About one year ago exactly we started the process of flipping this house and got it on the market back in the fall. We had a wonderful renter in there for a while and now as of this upcoming Monday, it will be out of our hands!! A first time home buyer is moving in and is getting a great house, that's for sure. :) Everything is brand new!
This morning my mom, sister (Debra), Isaac, and I went over to clean the place up before the final walk through this weekend. Well, mom and I cleaned and Debra fed and watched Isaac! :)
Adam and his dad are putting a few final finishing touches to the place this afternoon and it will be finished! We are very thankful!
Anyone that might read this, I'm really really thinking about starting a new blog about our adorable baby boy!! My guess is it will be much more fun to read than this ever was.
